Visual Effects

We are currently involved in a couple of projects where the film-maker requires 3D creatures to be modelled, textured and animated, then composited onto real footage.  We will have some test shots from the first film involving a photo-real rat up here soon.

The shot on the right is an early head shot of the leafcutter ant that we are modelling for a documentary.  This project will involve animating multiple ants to simulate a colony as well as zooming in on individuals to show particular behaviours, so the modelling must be as accurate as possible
